Mapping Genome Occupancy in Human ES cells

We mapped the location of both RNA polymerase II and the Suz12 subunit of PRC2 genome-wide in human ES cells. Bound DNA sequences were identified in chromatin-immunoprecipitation (ChIP) experiments using DNA microarrays that contain over 4.6 million unique 60-mer oligonucleotide probes spanning the entire non-repeat portion of the human genome.

This web page provides links to further information describing the ES cell culture conditions, experimental protocols and microarray design.
