Genome-wide Location Analysis

  

The transcriptional regulatory circuitry of yeast cells is being deduced through the use of microarrays consisting of promoter DNA printed on glass slides. We are exploring the role of general transcription factors, transcriptional activators and repressors in a number of biological processes, including metabolism, cell cycle, signaling, stress, and others.
