Map of the Transcriptional Regulatory Code

We created a searchable genomic map of the regulatory code informed by binding data, motif identity and conservation. A version of this map, which allows one to visualize various layers of this information, can be found at http://jura.wi.mit.edu/fraenkel/regcode.
