Raw data files and array designs may be obtained from ArrayExpress under the accession number E-WMIT-3.

Additionally, Excel, Matlab and Tab-delimited files containing the average ratios from experimental replicates are available.

Data on P values for high-resolution Gcn4 experiments can be obtained here. P values are given for binding of single probes as well as the binding of three consecutive probes.
