Dynamic Chromatin Remodeling

In order to examine the genome-wide relationship between gene activation and alteration of chromatin structure, we carried out immunoprecipitation against H3 and acetylated H3K14 following exposure to oxidative stress. Profiles for H3 occupancy are shown in the top row for both induced and uninduced conditions. Beneath are the H3 occupancy trends as related to transcriptional activity.
